ABOUT

Two worlds.
One integrated perspective.

I'm Rebecca Carmen—psychedelic-informed coach and strategic advisor working at the intersection of personal development, sustainable performance and conscious living. For more than 15 years, I've moved between two worlds that are rarely allowed to meet: international business and strategy, and the deeper human work of mindfulness, embodiment and psychedelic-informed practice. This page is about how those two worlds became one.

The bridge I offer

My German–Venezuelan background taught me early that more than one perspective can be valid. Closeness, communication, family, work and success can look very different across cultures. This is why I resist rigid either-or thinking.

We can be analytical and spiritual. Structured and intuitive. Ambitious and deeply connected. Strong and receptive. We can use technology without allowing it to determine the rhythm of our lives. We can explore expanded states of consciousness without turning them into an identity or an escape from everyday reality.

I build bridges between perspectives that are often kept apart:

  • business strategy and human development

  • sustainable performance and preventive health

  • science and spirituality

  • structure and intuition

  • technological progress and human judgement

  • expanded states of consciousness and everyday life

  • personal insight and concrete action

For individuals, this means understanding yourself more clearly and making choices you can stand behind. For organizations, it means creating strategies, cultures and experiences that are commercially sound, ethically responsible and genuinely useful to the people they serve.

Why I do this work

My own path has been one of continuous development, not a single dramatic reinvention. Over time, my understanding of success expanded—from external achievement and performance pressure to a self-directed life shaped by purpose, health, meaningful relationships and clear boundaries.

Meditation, embodied practices and psychedelic experiences helped me access emotions and perspectives that intellectual understanding alone hadn't reached. They didn't replace ambition or responsibility. They changed the foundation from which I act.

This is why I called my practice Con Cariño—"with care." It's a phrase from my Venezuelan roots that means approaching things wholeheartedly: with warmth, but also with the willingness to act. Care, to me, isn't the same as staying gentle and avoiding what's hard. It means being fully present with someone through what's difficult—grief, fear, anger, the parts of ourselves we'd rather not look at—while trusting that they're capable of doing something with it.

I'm not interested in holding people in endless processing. I want to help them move: to face what's real, and turn it into decisions, creation, and a life that reflects what they actually want. Not "life happens to me"—life happens for me, and through me.

This is why my work goes beyond insight. Awareness becomes valuable when it changes how we relate, decide, work and live. I offer the guidance I would once have valued myself: clear thinking, a compassionate perspective, and the steady expectation that you're capable of standing more fully for your own life.

VALUES

How I work

01

COURAGE

The courage to live this one, unrepeatable life boldly—including the courage to feel, to look closely at what's difficult, and to stay with it rather than looking away.

02

CONSCIOUSNESS

Awareness in its truest sense: seeing clearly, staying present with what's real, and meeting emotions—even the muddy, uncomfortable ones—instead of avoiding them.

03

INTEGRATION

Translating what emerges into real, everyday action. Sometimes that means one more layer to work through, one more session for old defences to soften—but the direction is always forward, into a life you're actively creating.

04

JOY

Even in the hardest moments, there's room for humour and lightness—the trust that everything passes, and that you are the one creating your life.

THE PHILOSOPHY

The work isn't about fixing yourself.

Meaningful change doesn't come from becoming someone else.

It comes from reconnecting with who you already are beneath the noise, expectations and conditioning of everyday life.

Curious whether we should work together?
