Advisory and consulting for organisations building responsible psychedelic-informed work.
I advise psychedelic ventures, investors and organisations on building this work in an ethical, financially sound way—bringing years of industry expertise, a strategic project-management background, and a network across the field's key stakeholders.
This industry is still defining its own rulebook. Few established safety standards or ethical guidelines exist yet—for business owners building offers, or for people choosing a retreat centre, facilitator or practitioner. I bring transformation experience from established business environments into a field that badly needs that kind of structure. That is why my offering is called conscious consulting, conscious with reference to expanded states of consciousness and begin conscious as an aware business attitude.
Many organisations here move fast on vision but are still building the operational backbone. My work spans four areas: strategic positioning and business model design, participant journey and safety standards, organisational and facilitator development, and—where relevant—investment due diligence. My track record includes work with a German retreat brand, wellbeing-focused investors and medical foundations.

Portfolio
This field moves fast, often on genuine conviction and good intentions. What's harder to build is what holds once it scales: clear structure, safety-oriented process, and a business model that can carry real complexity without cutting corners.
I work at exactly that intersection—fluent in the spiritual and experiential core of this work, and equally fluent in the language investors, boards and operators need to trust what they're building or funding.
Asset 1: Strategic Positioning & Business Model Design
For: psychedelic ventures, start-ups, retreat centers
A review of your business model, market position and growth strategy—grounded in where this field is actually heading, not where it stood three years ago.
Value add: A growth strategy that is financially sound and credible to the people whose trust you depend on—participants, partners, regulators.
Asset 2: Participant Journey & Safety Standards
For: retreat centers, facilitator teams
Design and review of screening, preparation, safety protocols and integration standards across the full participant journey.
Value add: A participant experience that is demonstrably safety-oriented and ethically sound—reducing risk while building the trust that drives reputation and referrals.
Asset 3 — Organisational & Facilitator Development
For: retreat centers and facilitators scaling their work
Role design, facilitator training frameworks and team structures that let you grow without diluting quality or care.
Value add: A team structure that scales—so growth doesn't come at the cost of the depth and safety your work depends on.
Asset 4: Investment & Venture Due Diligence
For: investors, boards
An assessment lens standard financial due diligence misses: evaluating a venture's fundamentals alongside its safety standards, ethical practice and long-term credibility in the field.
Value add: Investment decisions grounded in both financial and field-specific rigor—reducing exposure to the reputational and regulatory risk that purely financial diligence won't catch.

Retreat centres, psychedelic ventures and start-ups, investors, wellbeing and mental-health organisations, and teams exploring how to integrate this work responsibly.
-
No. I work on strategy, structure and organisational design. For legal, clinical or medical matters, I recommend specialised lawyers, and can help you connect with qualified professionals in those fields.
-
It depends on your stage and needs—some projects are a focused strategic review min. 3 weeks, others are ongoing advisory over several months. We define scope together after the discovery conversation.
-
Both. Early-stage organisations often benefit most from getting foundational structure right before scaling; established organisations often bring me in for a specific challenge or growth phase.
