ABOUT REBECCAHi, My name is Rebecca Carmen. I create bridges between worlds.
I am the founder of Con Cariño Coaching & Conscious Consulting. Today, I combine what often is seen as opposite ends. A spiritual and content life and psychedelic containers in a successful business. My services are psychedelic coaching, keynotes & workshops and advisor for psychedelic ventures.
For more than 15 years, I worked in international business including eight years in strategy and transformation consulting. I led teams, advised organisations and learned how decisions are made when expectations are high and change is complex.
In my role as advisor I am familiar with the entire ecosystem of the psychedelic industry. Stakeholders, medical and pharmaceutical trends, lastest state of the art research, target group needs and especially how to transform this into business containers that reflect ethical, safety and legal standards as well are financially successful and innovative.
I also know the other side of performance: the moment when external success no longer answers the more important questions. What kind of life do I want to lead? What does my body need? Which relationships, roles and ambitions are truly mine?
I offer education, preparation and integration about psychedelics as a modality in my coaching practices along with mindfulness, nervous system awareness and parts work. I listen closely, identify patterns across work, relationships, health and identity, and help clients turn insight into concrete choices.
Besides my professional journey, my German–Venezuelan background taught me early that two seemingly opposing ways of seeing the world can both hold truth. We can be scientific and spiritual, ambitious and deeply human, structured and creative. We do not have to reduce ourselves to one role or inherit someone else's definition of success.
My own path is characterized by an unfolding and coming home nature. A redefinition of success: from external achievement and chronic pressure toward a self-directed life shaped by purpose, healthy boundaries, connection and inner motivation.
I aim to offer the kind of guidance I once would have valued myself: a clear mind, a compassionate perspective and a warm hand at your back while you learn to stand more fully for your own life.
